Fertilisers |
TIP!
During the cultivation process try some different fertilisers on a few plants and jot everything down in order to establish which fertiliser works best for you. |

Water and fertiliser are inextricably bound up. Fertilisers dissolve in water and the water transport it to the cells of the plant. Just like humans, plants consist mainly of water (75%). Water is therefore an indispensable part in the cultivation of the plant. Make sure that the plants never dry out. Water them sufficiently (for example every other day) without drowning them.

In every phase and in particular the last phase it is important to fertilise the plants.
Positive Grow has a wide variety of quality products to reduce deficiencies and to extra stimulate the plants.
Fertilisers can be divided into two groups: primary and secondary. Primary fertilisers are Potassium, nitrogen and phosphorus. Secondary fertilisers are calcium and magnesium. Apart from these fertilisers, iron and zinc play a significant role in the growth.
Positive Grow sells various equipment to check the values of the manufactured feed and the quality of the growth medium.

The plant itself shows whether there is a deficiency in the primary or secondary fertilisers. For example, a nitrogen deficiency manifests itself by slowing down the growth and the bottom leaves becoming yellow and dying. Too much fertiliser is not good either, the plant will show signs of necrosis. This will manifest itself in the hardended and slightly curled leave edges. It is as if the plant is burned. Unfortunately, a deficiency manifest itself the same way as a surplus in a marihuana plant.
It might be worthwhile to cultivate plants according to a varied fertilising schedule. This will help you to establish what works best for you.
You can always ask us for advice on fertilising schedules and adjustment of fertilisers in case of deficiencies.
TIP!
Always use a waterreservoir to water your plants. This makes manufacturing of the feed a lot more precise. |
